The narrow design means these order-picking trolleys can fit neatly into vans & trucks alike. Made from high-tensile steel & electro-zinc plated, they are designed to last in warehousing and storeroom environments. Their ease of use means that operatives in warehouses and staff in shops can use the picking trolley quickly & efficiently.
These trolleys are designed for narrow aisles & small parts picked into plastic containers that can then be readily dispatched into waiting vans. The merchandising & picking roll cage comes with shelving that gives a tiered feature to the cage. These shelves have been designed to ensure the plastic boxes stay in place on the cages as they are transported during the picking process.

How Are Order Picking Roll Cages Used?
The order-picking rollcages can be used safely and efficiently. Simply wheel the cage down the aisle and pick straight into the plastic box or tote. Depending on the style of the trolley select a shelf for use inside the trolley for multi-tiered functionality.
Each picking trolley comes with a handle that allows easy use. Also, the trolleys come with either two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels or four swivel wheels depending on the model. You can place either six standard plastic boxes or two standard plastic boxes (600 x 400 x 300 mm) onto each unit to ensure you get the maximum cubic fill from the cage.
